What’s the dress code?
We're calling it Fancy Cowboy 🤠 Think classic Western style meets cocktail chic—like what you'd wear to a country concert, a ranch wedding, or a night at the Grand Ole Opry... if you were dressing to impress. For women, think dresses of any style (from flowy boho to structured cocktail), dressed-up Western boots, denim jackets, fringe, and turquoise or silver jewelry. Cowgirl hats are optional but always welcome! We recommend avoiding super casual or everyday jeans unless they’re styled with intention. For men, nice jeans or dress pants are great (especially with a Western twist), along with button-downs or Western shirts featuring snaps or embroidery. Cowboy boots or dress shoes are perfect, and if you're feeling fancy, go for a blazer or bolo tie. And of course, cowboy hats are highly encouraged if you’ve got one!
Is transportation provided? 🚗
We’re hoping to arrange shuttle transportation from select locations to the wedding venue and will update you as soon as we have more details. In the meantime, we do have plenty of parking available at the venue, so feel free to rent a car and park on the property. We’ll make sure there’s plenty of space for everyone!
Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely, kids are welcome! We’ll have plenty of games and activities to keep them entertained, and yes, there will be ice cream!🍦However, we kindly ask that parents keep an eye on their little ones, especially since there will be alcohol at the event. If you’re planning to bring your kids, please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure we’re prepared. Of course, if you’d prefer a date night or a little getaway, feel free to come without the kiddos—it’s totally up to you!
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding and reception will be outside—hopefully without a tent 🙏🏻 — so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl in case it cools off in the evening. Nashville in mid-October is usually gorgeous, with plenty of sunshine, low humidity, and comfortable temps—typically in the low 70s during the day and dropping to the 50s at night. It’s one of the prettiest times of year here, and we’re hoping for that perfect fall weather!
What’s the best airport to fly into?
Nashville International Airport (BNA) ✈️
Where should I stay?
We have a hotel room block available—details can be found under the Travel tab of this website. That said, Nashville offers plenty of great places to stay, from trendy downtown hotels to cozy Airbnbs. We recommend checking out areas like Downtown Nashville, 12 South, or Hillsboro Village for a variety of options close to the wedding festivities.
Will there be dinner and drinks?
Of course, there will be dinner! We’re bringing in a variety of food trucks, so you’ll have plenty of delicious options to choose from. The trucks will offer choices for different dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan dishes. However, if you’re concerned about specific restrictions, we recommend having a light bite beforehand just to be safe. There will also be an open bar, so feel free to enjoy a drink (or a few—who’s counting?). For dessert, Lightbox Ice Cream will be serving allergen-friendly soft serve, including gluten-free and dairy-free options, delivered right to you!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by September 1st, but we’d really appreciate it if you could let us know earlier if possible! This will help us with finalizing all the details, so we can make sure everything’s perfect for you. Thank you!
Are you registered somewhere?
Yes, we’re registered at a few different places, but to make it really easy, you can click on the “Registry” tab on this website to see everything in one place!
