Thursday – Welcome Hangout at The Local
Come kick things off with us at our favorite Nashville bar (where we met!) for casual dinner & drinks.
📍The Local | ⏰ 7 PM
Not hosted—just a fun chance to hang out if you’re in town!
Friday – Explore the City
Check out some of our favorite Nashville spots (see "THINGS TO DO!" below ⬇️).
Rehearsal dinner in the evening for the wedding party & immediate family—if you're invited, you’ll know!
Saturday – Wedding Day!
Enjoy a slow morning with coffee or brunch.
We’re working on shuttles for out-of-towners—likely departing around 3:30 PM.
If you're driving or taking an Uber, plan to arrive at the property before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM (about 25 minutes from downtown) - so plan to be there by 4-4:15pm.
Sunday – Coffee & Goodbyes
No official plans, but if you’re still around, we’d love to see you! Maybe we’ll see you at Middle Grounds Coffee in East Nashville!
We know that many of you will be traveling to attend our wedding, so we wanted to share some of our favorite things to do—recommendations, restaurants, places with the best live music 🎶, local spots 📸, coffee shops ☕... you name it, we've got you covered! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all!
★ The Local is great for original music during the week and full-band country music on the weekends.
★ If you’ve never been to Nashville, you have to visit Broadway at least once. Live music is everywhere, pretty much all hours of the day. You can bar-hop or just post up somewhere—it’s always entertaining.
★ If you get the chance, The Ryman or The Grand Ole Opry are classic Nashville venues you don’t want to miss. We recommend checking them out on Friday night—unless you’ll be at our rehearsal dinner!😉
★ If you’ve seen the show Nashville, you’ve probably heard of The Bluebird Café. It’s a must-see, but tickets are tough to come by since it’s one of the smallest music venues around. If you can’t get into the Bluebird, we HIGHLY recommend The Listening Room Café—Hannah plays there often! Both venues focus on showcasing songwriters, and you’re expected to be quiet and listen. Very unique, very cool. 😎
★ Head over to 12 South for some shopping, a bite to eat, or just a nice stroll. We love Hearts, Urban Grub, bartaco, and Frothy Monkey, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any spot in the area!
★ Check out the Country Music Hall of Fame—it’s super close to the pedestrian bridge and Broadway. (And honestly, we think Broadway is way more fun during the day anyway!)
★ Grab a coffee at one of our favorite spots! We’re big fans of Frothy Monkey, Hearts, Crema Coffee Roasters, Surefire Coffee, and Middlegrounds... (Middlegrounds is the best in our opinion - Hannah's sister/M.O.H owns it! 👏)
★ Treat yourself to some cowboy boots! There are always great deals on Broadway, but if you want something extra nice, Tecovas is the way to go—we love their boots! P.S. The bride and bridal party will probably be rocking boots since it’s an outdoor wedding. 💃
We love you guys and want you to have the best time at our wedding!
Let us know if you have any questions!
